It is hereby notified for the information of all swimmers, parents/guardians, schools, coaches, and other stakeholders that the Pathankot District Swimming Association (PDSA) has never imposed, demanded, or collected any registration fee from any swimmer, parent/guardian, or educational institution as a condition for participation in any competition, championship, trial, or event organized by the Punjab Swimming Association or any other recognized governing body where entries are forwarded by the District Association.

No person is authorized to collect or demand any such fee in the name of the Pathankot District Swimming Association unless specifically approved by the Executive Committee through a duly passed resolution and communicated through an official written notification of the Association.

Further, any financial contribution or donation made by any parent, guardian, individual, organization, or well-wisher to the Association shall be purely voluntary, shall not confer any preference or advantage in selection or participation, and shall be accepted and utilized solely for the promotion and development of swimming, welfare of athletes, coaching, training, infrastructure, equipment, and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Association. Such donations shall be duly accounted for in the Association’s books of accounts in accordance with applicable laws and the Association’s financial procedures.

The Association reiterates its commitment to transparency, fairness, accountability, and equal opportunity for all swimmers.
